Our residential cleaning service is designed for homes that are actively lived in and need consistent, thoughtful care. While there are standard areas we focus on during maintenance cleans, each service can be tailored to your priorities, preferences, and the way you use your space.
This service focuses on maintaining cleanliness, reducing dust and buildup, and supporting a calm, functional living environment over time. Bi-weekly or monthly service is recommended for best results.

Deep cleaning is a more thorough service designed to address buildup, neglected areas, or homes that haven’t been professionally cleaned recently. This service goes beyond routine maintenance to focus on detail, grime removal, and hard-to-reach areas.
Due to the additional time and attention required, deep cleaning is often recommended for first-time clients before transitioning into ongoing maintenance service.
Includes everything in Residential / Maintenance Cleaning, plus:
Detailed cleaning of trim, walls, and baseboards
Interior windows, window sills, and blinds
Vent covers and high-dust areas
Inside appliances and behind appliances (upon request)
Detailed kitchen and bathroom cleaning
Removal of built-up grime, grease, and soap scum

Post-construction cleaning is a specialized service designed to remove construction dust, debris, and residue left behind after building or renovation work. This service focuses on making a space clean, safe, and ready for use while protecting newly installed materials and finishes.
We pay close attention to the fine dust that settles on walls, fixtures, and hard-to-reach areas. Because construction dust becomes airborne during removal and resettles, this service requires top-down, multi-pass cleaning and detailed attention to grooves, ledges, and surface profiles.
Typically includes:
Removal of construction dust from surfaces, ledges, and fixtures
Detailed vacuuming and mopping of all floors
Cleaning inside cabinets, drawers, and closets
Window sills, tracks, and interior glass (as needed)
Bathrooms and kitchens fully detailed
Trash and light debris removal

Reliable, detail-oriented turnover cleaning
We provide short and mid-term rental cleaning focused on consistency, presentation, and guest experience. Communication and timing are prioritized to support hosts and property managers.
Services may include:
Full kitchen and bathroom cleaning
Dusting surfaces, mopping floors
Bed changes and light laundry (if arranged)
Trash removal
Restocking essentials (as requested)
Final walkthrough to ensure guest-ready condition
Commercial cleaning services are offered on a limited, case-by-case basis and are scheduled during weekday daytime hours (9am–5pm) only.

Pricing is based on the size of the home, the condition of the space, and the type of cleaning needed. Most services fall within the ranges below.
Maintenance / Recurring Cleaning
Typical range: $150 – $275 for most 2–4 bedroom homes
Ideal for monthly or biweekly upkeep.
For homes that have not been professionally cleaned recently, an initial deep clean is typically recommended before starting recurring service. This allows the home to be brought up to a maintenance level so ongoing cleans can stay efficient and consistent.
Deep Cleaning / Initial Cleaning
Typical range: $300 – $500+ depending on size and condition of the home.
Deep cleans include detailed attention to buildup, baseboards, kitchen and bathroom restoration, and areas that need extra care.
Post-Construction Cleaning
Pricing varies widely based on dust level, debris, and square footage.
Most projects fall between $150 – $500+.
Short and Mid-Term Rental Turnovers
Typical range: $150 – $275+ depending on the property size and level of cleaning required.
Pricing is customized for each home to ensure the job is done thoroughly and without rushing. Final quotes are typically provided after discussing the space and priorities.
Targeted / Partial Cleaning
For clients who only need help with specific areas of the home, limited-scope cleaning may be available.

High-traffic areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, and living spaces
Other clearly defined recurring tasks
These services are typically set up on a recurring basis and priced as a flat rate once the scope of work is established.

Before founding Sunroot Cleaning Co, I spent more than a decade leading cleaning teams in high-intensity animal welfare environments, where sanitation, consistency, and accountability weren’t optional — they were essential.
I built Sunroot to do this work differently: with integrity, transparency, and deep respect for the people behind each home. What began as practical service became something more — a community-rooted business grounded in trust, reliability, and thoughtful attention to detail.
